The Infestor is the StarCraft 2 Zerg replacement for the Defiler from StarCraft. The Infestor has a load of new abilities that can be used to compliment any army setup, as well as to counter most of your opponents setups as well. Fungal growth completely stops units in place and inflicts 36 damage over 8 seconds, Neural Parasite allows the Infestor to take over enemy units for a short duration and Spawn Infested Terran allows the Infestor to summon temporary units to fight for the Zerg player. The Infestor and has a unit type of Armored - Biological - Psionic.
