The Archon is the combination of any two Templar in StarCraft 2. This is somewhat consistent with how Archons were made in StarCraft and Brood Wars. The Archon is a very strong ground unit that has splash damage and has a damage bonus vs. Organic units, making them very effective at killing Organic units. For tips and tricks on using the Archon check out the videos and strategies on the right. The Archon is a Heavy Assault and has a unit type of Psionic.
