Overlord Expansion Denial

How to deny your opponents' expansions by using only your Overlords. Overlord ability to generate creep in StarCraft 2 is very useful to deny your Terran and Protoss Opponents expansions, even if just for a short period of time.

Featured Units:

When you have map control and want to watch out for your opponent having any expansions.   Overlord is used for this strategies

Send overlords to the expansions across the map to ensure they aren't expanding.
 

[Tips for Pulling This Off]

- Send an overlord to each expansion on the map.- Generate Creep if your opponent is not Zerg to inhibit them from building.

This is great vs. any race and best used if they have little or no anti-air.   This is bad if your opponent has map control or Vikings, Phoenix or Mutalisks patrolling the map to destroy your Overlords.

  • [Generate Creep]

    Hotkey: (G)
    Generate Creep is an ability of overlord-expansion-denial While activated, the Overlord excretes creep onto the ground. The creep only generates while the unit is not moving.
    Type: Channeled
