How to stop your opponent in their tracks when they are retreating. If you can't slow down your retreating opponent use the Infestors Fungal Growth, a new StarCraft 2 ability, to stop them and let your army finish them off.

| When an opponent is retreating with some of their troops you will want to Fungal Growth their retreating army. |

| Cast Fungal Growth on the fleeing army. Try to snare as many units as possible |

[Tips for Pulling This Off] |
| Have your Infestors near your troops during the battle so as soon as they retreat with any units you can cast the Fungal Growth on them and they are not out of range. |

| This is great vs. any retreating army. |
|
This is not bad vs. any retreating army unless you are sending in your weak units to finish off a stronger unit. Make sure your opponent will lose more than you do. |

| If successful bring in your healthy troops to finish off the Fungal Growthed units. Potentially pursue the enemy from there. |

If you aren't successful you can choose to chase or not chase your retreating enemy. It all depends on how you feel about your army vs. their remaining army at their base. |
