Void Ray Ranged Harass

How to leverage your Void Rays' Range to harass your opponent. Void Rays in StarCraft 2 have a long range attack that can be used to leverage cliffs, ramps, or ledges to harass your enemies base or troops.

Leverage your Void Rays 6 range to attack buildings and units from maximum minimizing or negating any counter-attacks from your opponent.
 

[Tips for Pulling This Off]

- Carefully maneuver your Void Rays around your opponents base to attack Gas Mines, Construction Facilities or Tech facilities while avoiding static defenses.- Leverage the Void Rays' range over ledges to minimize the amount of enemy troops that can attack you (if they can even see you).- If your Void Rays are charged you can even get brazen and take down a few enemy static defense structures.

This is great when your opponent has only a couple of towers and you can attack structures or units while avoiding the towers.   This is bad if your opponent has a lot of towers or a significant anti-air army.

Focusing down the Command Center is the end goal.- Look to see what army is remaining, can you attack with your ground army (if you have one).   - Get your Void Rays out before they die.- Look to defend your base as if you went for Void Rays you may have a smaller army.
