When you want to split an opponents army into separate parts.   Sentry is used for this strategies
     

[What to do]
Cast Force Field in the middle (or where you want) to split the army. Cast a large line to ensure units can't wrap around.
 

[Tips for Pulling This Off]
- Have a lot of Sentries to cast Force Field with.- Quickly cast a line of Force Fields in the middle of your opponents' army to completely block off whole pieces of their army.

This is great whenever you're facing an opponents ground army that doesn't include massive units.   This is bad vs. air armies and massive units as they will fly or walk over the Force Fields.
     

What to do in Success:

  

What to do in Failure:
- Destroy the portion of the army on your side of the Force Fields.- Potentially trap the units on the other side of the Force Field with a line of Force Fields behind them.- Push on your opponents base or gain map control and expand.   - Try to split the army with a different line of Force Fields.- Decide if you want to fight or flee and commit.
