Featured Units:

When you run into an army on level ground in an open area

[What to do]

Make sure your army stack is in order. That is, least ranged unit to most ranged unit so that your army can hit with its most effective damage stack. Also, be sure to have any flanking and support units in their proper locations. Support units should be above or directly behind (and within spell range) so they can wreak havoc on your enemies or save your own troops. Flanking units should be held near where you plan to fight and brought in the moment they are needed.

[Tips for Pulling This Off]

-Keep your army in order as they move across the map. - Always regroup outside an opponents base to hit with maximum impact if not on a quick harass trip.

Good vs. These Races / Strategies:

Bad vs. These Races / Strategies:

This is something that should always be used, a properly arranged and kept army will always be optimal. If you aren't in proper order   Watch out for spell casters. Fungal growth on your melee units, storm on your ranged units, and force fields to separate the two are all strategies opponents may use to greatly inhibit your armies' strength.

What to do in Success:

What to do in Failure:

Keep the push up, try to reinforce your army with whatever units you lost, that you still think will work well, and any other units you need to refresh your army.   - Have all of your production facilities ready to rebuild your army. Either queued up or larva spawned so that your army can be refreshed as quickly as possible. - Get ready for the enemy to bring the fight to your base.
