Starcraft 2 Patch 1.3.3 on the PTR with newest warpgate and race changes

Hello Gentlemen:

Check out the latest development at blizzard with patch 1.3.3 on the public test realm. There are quite a few interesting changes to each race, namely Protoss. By changes, I actually mean nerf. You can check out the patch update yourself here at battle.net

I really like the Archon and Pylon changes so far. Therefore, the effective of the sentries are not as dominate in the mid game. It also make sense to make Archons massive since its literally a ball of energy. In addition, Pylon power radius decrease will allow less proxy ramp styled play. Like warping DTs on the side of the base.

The warp gate research is questionable. The standard 4 gate in 1v1 and team games has been the staple of Protoss play, if this is nerfed. Protoss will need to really adjust their play style to fit in with the other two races. I personally think 20 seconds is enough.

The Terran Bunker salvage cost has always been interesting to me. In my opinion, the salvage cost should be determined by the amount of hit points the bunker has, not a straight up 25% tax rate. In addition, the only reason Terrans have this perk is because it requires an SCV to build the bunker which is extra mining time.

Zerg change: Since Terrans get taxed with their bunkers and Protoss cannot move their cannons, there should be no exception to allow the zerg to move their static defense easily. If you place it in the wrong location, it is unfortunate. Welcome to the world of Terran and Protoss

          o Pylon power radius has been decreased from 7.5 to 6.5.
          o Cybernetics Core
                + Research Warp Gate time increased from 140 to 180.
          o Gateway
                + Sentry train time decreased from 42 to 37.
                + Stalker train time decreased from 42 to 37.
                + Zealot train time decreased from 38 to 33.
                + Warp Gate unit train times remain unchanged.

    * TERRAN
          o Ghost
                + Cost changed from 150/150 to 200/100.
                + Salvage resource return reduced from 100% to 75%.

    * ZERG
          o Spore Crawler
                + Root time decreased from 12 to 6.

Bug Fixes
    * Fixed a bug where Ghosts could not quickly EMP the same location.
    * Fixed a bug where players were still able to stack flying units on top of each other.
