      I am a skinny Asian guy, and I do buy stuff from bodybuilding.com since their stuff is super cheap compared to the stores! i like the Synta 6 stuff, I think their protein powder is the best!

      Hey everyone,

      I'm actually on a personal body transformation mission too!

      In fact when I used to live with SCVRush we worked out frequently and he actualy DOUBLED his strength in under 2 months... Pretty impressive. Then he went back to his pizza eating, no gym going ways and reverted to his former Brood War competition shape. hahaha =p

      Anyways, I think stuff like this is cool too. My EXTREME goal is to "transform" 20 lb's in the next month. That is, lose 20 lb's of fat, gain 20lb's of muscle or some combination of the two. I will be actively recording my progress. Probably not here, but elsewhere. =)

      Meal 1
      1 cup 1% milk
      1 cup raw Oats
      4 egg Whites
      2 Whole Eggs
      1 orange
      1 flaxseed softgell

      Meal 2
      3 tbsp almond butter
      1 large banana
      .5 serving ON Serious Mass

      Meal 3
      4 oz lean meat
      1 cup broccoli
      1 cup spinnach
      .5 cup long grain brown rice
      .5 tbsp olive oil
      1 apple
      1 flaxseed softgell

      Meal 4

      * Standing Calf Raise (on Dumbbell): 3 sets of 8-12 reps
      Up to 2 min rest between sets

      Day 2: Push
      * Warmup: Pushups: 2 sets of 15 reps
      * Bench Press: 3 sets of 8-12 reps
