The Phoenix Harass Strategy couples Phoenix with a ground army to effectively control your enemy in StarCraft 2. Phoenix are a great Protoss unit for harassing small anti-air armies, armies with no AA and poorly defended worker lines as they can lift and destroy the ground units, taking almost no damage.
